Follow up email from Jim Poore: Hi Ger, Our reunion before the last one in '05 was in Colorado Springs in '03. Our balding and gray haired vintage group is from the years ' 57 to ' 63, while the Sqd. was at Whidbey -Jima and did four deployments to Kodiak and Adak.
We've had pretty good turnouts with a good representation from the enlisted folks. We had 173 total head count in Reno in ' 05.
As you can see from the first alert, we are in Seattle this time Sept.4-7 at the Washington Athletic Club. Trips in the works, but not confirmed yet are, a day trip to NAS WYI, a drive around the base to see the changes and lunch at the O'Club, and tour the VP Memorial in Oak Harbor. That will be Fri. On Sat we'll have a bus going to the Boeing Museum of Flight and the Banquet on Sat. night. The WAC is right downtown so lots of things to do that are in walking distance.
So far I am the single point of contact and can be reached at: tele: 360-588-8143 cell 360 333 1458 e-mail: jimdawgpor@aol.com add: 1814 Copper Pond Pl. Anacortes, WA 98221
