Choice of:

A. “PRIME RIB OF BEEF. Slow roasted 10-ounce cut served with Au Jus and Horseradish Cream Sauce with Truffle-Infused Twice-Baked Potato and Spinach Stuffed Tomato.”

B. “TUSCAN CHICKEN AND WILD MUSHROOMS with Sherry Wine Jus on a Bed of Gemelli.”

C. (Vegetarian) “PORTOBELLO NAPOLEON. Balsamic-marinated with Grilled Tomatoes, Red Onions, Red and Yellow Peppers, Zucchini and Yellow Squash topped with Goat Cheese, served with Wild Rice Pilaf.”

Each option includes Antlers Mile High Salad, fresh dinner rolls, Chef’s Selection of Seasonal Vegetables, Chocolate Hazelnut Tart with Frangelico Crème for dessert, coffee and iced or hot tea. Red wine, white wine and sparkling cider will be provided on each table. A private bar will also be handy and drink coupons will be provided.
